Why I Coach

I’m Mitchell Flaherty — certified health coach, nutrition coach, and personal trainer. My approach is shaped by professional training and my own recovery, where I built routines and habits for lasting mental and physical health. The journey took consistent, small steps and a focus on progress, not perfection.
